AGE RESTRICTION: You must be at least 19 years old to enter the gaming floor, entertainment areas, and participate in any activities or promotions.
MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION: To register for a My Club Rewards membership, you must visit the My Club Rewards desk with valid government-issued photo ID and receive your personalized card immediately.
GAME PLAY AND SOFTWARE PROVIDERS: Gaming operations are conducted and managed under Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) regulatory oversight. All gaming machines and table games comply with OLG standards and provincial gaming regulations.
BONUSES AND PROMOTIONS: Welcome Bonus: CAD $5 Free Play for email sign-up. My Club Rewards membership is free to join, with immediate point earning on slots, table games, dining, and hotel stays.

ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS: One membership per person, valid government-issued ID required for registration and verification. Members must not be self-excluded from any Ontario gaming facility to access My Club Rewards benefits.
RESIDENTIAL AND VISA STATUS: Land-based casino open to visitors from any country, subject to age verification (19+) and non-exclusion status.
SECURITY AND FAIR PLAY: Standard SSL/TLS encryption for website transactions and personal data protection, secure payment processing for hotel bookings and online inquiries.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING FEATURES: Self-exclusion programs available through OLG, personal limit-setting options for deposits and play, reality checks and session reminders available on gaming floor.

DEFINITIONS

"Member" refers to an individual who has registered for a My Club Rewards membership.
"Gaming Floor" means areas where slot machines, table games and electronic gaming are located on the premises of Casino Rama Resort.
